Job Summary

A productivity monitoring software developer is filling a position for a Virtual Technical Support Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality customer service and professionalism
  • Deal directly with customers and employees who have technical problems
  • Communicate with our developers to resolve technical concerns

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must have extensive experience in technical support
  • Must have experience troubleshooting SaaS software solutions
  • Must have an affinity for helping customers and teaching them in a timely fashion
  • Must have outstanding follow through and problem-solving skills
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English
  • Must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
