Job Summary
A productivity monitoring software developer is filling a position for a Virtual Technical Support Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality customer service and professionalism
- Deal directly with customers and employees who have technical problems
- Communicate with our developers to resolve technical concerns
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have extensive experience in technical support
- Must have experience troubleshooting SaaS software solutions
- Must have an affinity for helping customers and teaching them in a timely fashion
- Must have outstanding follow through and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent written and spoken English
- Must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
