Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Virtual Technical Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to customers via social media
  • Helping customers with account issues
  • Solving customer's software config issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience using Zendesk (or other helpdesk platforms)
  • Experience with at least two of these OS's: Windows, Mac, and/or Linux
  • A proven track record in providing online technical support to customers
