Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Virtual Technical Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Responding to customers via social media
Helping customers with account issues
Solving customer's software config issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Experience using Zendesk (or other helpdesk platforms)
Experience with at least two of these OS's: Windows, Mac, and/or Linux
A proven track record in providing online technical support to customers
