Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Virtual Technical Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customers via social media
- Helping customers with account issues
- Solving customer's software config issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience using Zendesk (or other helpdesk platforms)
- Experience with at least two of these OS's: Windows, Mac, and/or Linux
- A proven track record in providing online technical support to customers
