Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Virtual Technical Support Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Offering customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have product questions
- Creating the voice of the brand and a strong relationship between our clients
- Escalating calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Customer service experience is an asset
