An educational company is seeking a Virtual Technical Support Customer Service Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Resolve end user inquiries by utilizing multiple technologies
- Manage and resolve identified client issues for assigned customer accounts
