Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Virtual Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing initial troubleshooting
  • Identifying root cause
  • Resolving or escalating issue

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of customer support, technical support, system administration
  • Knowledgeable in the Windows environment, including Windows Service AND
  • Workstation, troubleshooting low-level operating systems and network issues
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to provide reliable direction in both technical and non-technical terms
