Job Summary

A digital marketing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Become an expert in regularly-used platforms
  • Lead the completion of regular technical maintenance evaluations on client websites
  • Field client requests to the Support Department

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
