An IT and computer services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Technical Writer 4.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Writing and editing operational manuals
  • Contributing to design of product documentation
  • Organizing and preparing information for publication

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7 years of software engineering or related experience
  • Experience with XML-based documentation tools and familiarity with build toolchains
  • Experience of using version control systems such as Subversion and Git
  • Hands-on experience with Linux or Unix
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies
