Job Summary

A recruiting software company is seeking a Virtual Technical Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Write articles for our Help Center for new features
  • Prepare and embed screenshots, animated GIFs, and videos in Help Center articles
  • Script videos for our YouTube channel, and narrate them yourself or with another member of our team

Qualifications Include:

  • Enjoy teaching with the ability to identify the optimal way to teach complex concepts or features
  • Are a story-teller who creates fun, compelling, engaging, and relatable narratives
  • Value craft and focus on the details while thinking strategically to problem solve
  • Are a researcher who is curious to learn more about the product
  • Have experience managing projects with a proven ability to manage and deliver projects on-time
  • Are a builder who desires to create an inclusive and diverse environment for learning
