A leading software- and services-led enterprise provider has an open position for a Virtual Technical Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality, clear, accurate, and complete documentation with no errors
• Organize and prioritize tasks and have exceptional analytical skills
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables

Qualifications Include:

• A university degree or college diploma
• Up to 2 years of technical writing experience
• Exceptional English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience writing using a corporate style guide and following documentation processes and best practices
• Excellent knowledge of content/help authoring tools
• Sound knowledge of XML and HTML and various help formats
