Job Summary

A identity security for the cloud enterprise is seeking a Virtual Technical Writer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Producing high-quality documentation in an Agile environment
• Working closely with Product Managers on scope and priority of tasks to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborating with Engineers to ensure an accurate understanding of how the product works

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of technical writing, backed by a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related
• Experience writing content for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to research unfamiliar subject matter and experiment with early prototypes
• Ability to work in a dynamic, continuous delivery deployment environment
