A company distributing pharmaceuticals has a current position open for a Virtual Technology Account Management Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning, evaluating, and maintaining work systems and processes
- Building and developing core competencies across the team of account managers
- Empowering the team to take accountability for their goals
Position Requirements Include:
- Oncology EHR application knowledge and experience and/or within an Oncology practice
- Knowledge and experience with healthcare operational, clinical or financial systems
- Demonstrated outstanding communications and customer/ stakeholder management skills
- 2+ years’ experience managing people
- Excellent ability to build relationships, align and influence varied and diverse participants
- Strong organizational leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
