A managed information technology company has a current position open for a Virtual Technology Coordinator in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop technical instructions for clients about offered products and services
- Draft emergency alerts to notify clients of technology threats or updates
- Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel to North NJ/NYC approx. 1- 2/month
- 2-3 years of customer service experience and foresight to anticipate and initiate action on client satisfaction
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Must become self sufficient within 2 months
- Working knowledge of computer systems
