  • Process requests and inquiries reported by stakeholders via telephone, email, or web,
  • Updating ticketing system based on contract requirements
  • Performing detailed data entry projects

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2-3 years’ experience in service support
  • Experience responding directly to customers and field support verbally and in writing
  • Computer experience
  • Able to work independently on a high productivity team
