A global media and technology company has an open position for a Virtual Telecommunications Billing Customer Experience Representative in Nashville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide support for our customers/communities to ensure a positive experience
- Accurately and confidently handle various types of customer inquiries
- Address billing inquiries, solve technical problems, and handle sales opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School or Equivalent
- Generally requires 0-2 years related experience
- Functional skill in communicating and explaining basic account information to the customer
- Able to accurately calculate and communicate taxes, fees, one- time charges, and/or recurring monthly fees
- Able to multitask between multiple tools and systems
