Job Summary
A global media and technology company is in need of a Virtual Telecommunications Customer Experience Supervisor in Tinley Park.
Must be able to:
- Provide daily coaching and feedback to team members
- Act as change management liaison
- Promote positive employee relations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Generally requires 4-7 years related experience
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s)
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
