Job Summary

A multinational family of telecommunications companies is seeking a Virtual Telecommunications Customer Service Sales Representative.

Must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer voice & data issues
  • Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, etc
  • Assist customers with products and services such as laptop connect services

Position Requirements Include:
