Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Virtual Telecommunications CVP Developer in Chattanooga.

Must be able to:

  • Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of telecom systems
  • Manage support escalations and advanced troubleshooting with Cisco
  • Manage support ICM configuration for inbound call routing

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with CVP Java APIs, J2EE, JavaScript and JSON
  • Experience with Cisco Finesse and gadget development
  • Experience in UCCE framework, CVP, Cisco ICM, Cisco Call Studio
  • Experience with Nuance ASR and TTS
  • Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOA, VXML
  • 10 years of programming/systems analysis, SME level experience and 5-7 years of relevant experience
