Job Summary

A non-profit health care organization is in need of a Virtual Telehealth Specialist in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing engagement, screening, telehealth education, and troubleshooting services
• Supporting clients and staff in accessing telehealth platforms
• Prioritizing and escalating calls as needed

Required Skills:

• Ability to work from home with standard office equipment (reliable internet connection, computers, phones and fax)
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Communications or a related field
• Experience with various IT systems and familiarity with desktop applications
• Basic IT Troubleshooting savvy
• Excellent customer services skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA related rules and regulations
