Job Summary

A retail and health company has an open position for a Virtual Telemedicine Physician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Meeting, assessing, and diagnosing patients via telehealth
  • Providing patients with healthcare services that meet the applicable standard of care
  • Prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments

Position Requirements Include:

  • M.D. or D. O. degree from an accredited healthcare institution
  • 2+ years’ experience in an in-person (non-telehealth) primary care setting
  • 18 months of clinical experience post-residency, including experience prescribing appropriate medications
  • Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine per the AMA
  • 10 hours of availability each week
