A customer retention service company is in need of a Virtual Telephone Satisfaction Survey Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing telephone satisfaction surveys
- Calling people who have purchased from or been serviced by a company
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience dealing with customers in a service fashion
- Experienced in surfing the internet, emailing, and using any instant messenger product
- Excellent communications skills and a complete command of the English language
- Able to type quickly, utilize spell check, and edit comments for grammar and punctuation
