Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Telephonic Utilization Management Registered Nurse in San Antonio.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting admission review, post-discharge calls and discharge planning
• Identifying potentially unnecessary services and care delivery settings
• Managing network participation, care with specialty networks, care with DME providers

Required Skills:

• Travel10 % of the Time
• Valid drivers license and/or dependable transportation necessary
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states without restrictions
• Active RN license in the state(s) in which the nurse is required to practice
• Proficient with MS Office products
• A minimum of three years varied nursing experience
