Job Summary

A remote therapy and education company has an open position for a Virtual Tennessee Licensed School Social Worker.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students through video conferencing platforms
• Connect students and families with appropriate community resources and services

Qualifications for this position include:

• Valid TN social work license or certification (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent)
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Experience working as a school-based social worker or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms and technology for remote counseling
• Strong understanding of child development, mental health issues, and trauma-informed care
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
