Job Summary
A travel company is in need of a Virtual Ticketing and Rates Quality Control Desk Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing all international reservations to ensure the lowest fare is confirmed
- Providing support for questions related to air contracts, promotions, formats and faring
- Researching current or past contracts to reconcile ADMS
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong background in Q/C, airline ticketing, and ticketing requirements and procedures is required
- Prior native GDS use in Sabre and Apollo is required
- Previous experience working within a travel management company required
- Demonstrated knowledge of the best practices within the travel industry
