Job Summary
A technology company and payment processing services has an open position for a Virtual Tier 2 Technical Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide level one troubleshooting
- Research customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge
- Identify and resolve application and service issues and any other questions that may arise
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of onsite/phone customer support OR technical customer support experience
- Experience supporting customers through case management tool/software
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
