Job Summary
An aviation and aerospace company is in need of a Virtual Total Rewards Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the ET&T, IT&DA, and Finance TRP team
- Liaison with Partner counterparts throughout the HR Community of Excellence
Qualifications Include:
- Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
- 3+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting
- 5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
