Job Summary

An online retailer of home goods is in need of a Virtual Trainer in Ogden.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with the Sales and Service training team to ensure training consistency
• Designing and developing training materials as needed for virtual classroom use
• Developing and conducting new hire onboarding training, as well as other virtual training as needed

Qualifications Include:

• At least 2 years prior experience as a trainer in a classroom setting
• In lieu of experience, a degree in Learning and Development
• Proven ability to create training materials using basic instructional design methods
• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills before large groups
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
