Job Summary
Focusing on dealer onboarding, the full-time Virtual Training Specialist will conduct live data validations, provide virtual training, and create training materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure dealership configurations are complete for optimal product performance
- Conduct live data validation and product tours with dealership stakeholders
- Maintain and update training materials and provide level 1 and 2 customer support
Required qualifications
- Experience in training large groups and individuals, virtually or in person
- Experience working with software, including troubleshooting and system navigation
- Experience in a professional environment
- Automotive industry experience is a significant plus
