Virtual Training Specialist
Job Summary
To support the onboarding process, the full-time Virtual Training Specialist will conduct live data validations, provide training materials, and ensure product functionality for dealerships in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live data validations and product tours with dealership stakeholders to ensure product expectations are met
- Create and maintain training materials while becoming a subject matter expert on all current and future products
- Provide level 1 and 2 customer support, including troubleshooting and managing service desk queues
Required qualifications
- Experience in training large groups and individuals, virtually or in person
- Experience working with software, including troubleshooting and triage
- Professional experience in a relevant environment
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
