Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Virtual Transactional Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring business and compliance needs are accurately reflected in all agreements
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of contracts
- Providing support for financial regulatory registration/licensure processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial agreements, with at least 2 years in a top law firm
- Be admitted to one state bar or qualified to practice law in the United States
- Experience with financial services matters in a related capacity
- Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating in a wide variety of related fields
- Be comfortable handling privacy and data protection topics in the commercial contract context
