Job Summary
A virtual administrative support provider has a current position open for a Virtual Transactional Paralegal.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Developing a portfolio of clients supporting a number of different attorneys
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working with cloud-based practice management software
- Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts, drafting corporate and stock/asset purchase agreements
- Technologically adept and have excellent Word, Outlook, Google Docs, and Adobe skills
- At least three years of experience in transactional law
