Job Summary
A real estate agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Transactions Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance and broker review
- Organizing transaction documents in paperless platforms
- Regularly updating & maintaining communication with agents and brokers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- 1 year of real estate experience in transaction contract coordination required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
