Job Summary
A transcription service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Transcription QA Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Review and grade transcripts for quality assurance
- Prepare feedback documents
- Act as resource for transcriptionists regarding formatting and grammar
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or advanced degree
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office abilities
- Ability to listen to audio recordings and ascertain accurate transcription, including that of individuals with diverse accents and dialects
- Minimum 60 WPM typing skills
- A minimum of 3 years transcription experience
