Job Summary

A claims and risk management company is in need of a Virtual Transportation Claims Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage the full-life cycle of all assigned claims files
• Analyze coverage and determines defense obligations
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma
• 7 or more years related claims experience required
• Demonstrated ability to handle unique/challenging claims issues at a senior adjuster level
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
