Job Summary
A travel company is filling a position for a Virtual Travel Call Center Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling domestic air, car and hotel reservations in four (4) airline GDS systems
- Completing new reservations and changing existing reservations
- Providing unparalleled service and support to our valued customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of corporate travel agent experience
- Ability to provide consistently professional quality customer service at all times
- Ability to assist callers with travel needs while adhering to supplier and company policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least two GDS systems and a willingness to learn the other two
- Ability to successfully complete CCRA’s accelerated instructional training
