A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Traveler Support Specialist.

  • Helping customers with changes to their multi-destination itineraries
  • Working with a collaborative team of experts in this area
  • Assisting with airline schedule changes and customer emergencies

Required Skills:

  • Proficient with Amadeus GDS or others (Sabre, Worldspan / Travelport, Galileo, Apollo)
  • Experienced communicating with customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Ability to quote itinerary changes for customers
  • In alignment with the company core values
  • Excellent written and spoken English
