Job Summary
A provider of translation services has an open position for a Virtual Trilingual Punjabi and Hindi Video Interpreter.
Must be able to:
- Provide effective video remote interpreting service for consumers
- Exhibit professional behavior at all times including regular attendance
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance and call monitoring programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Fluent and have strong verbal skills in both the source and target language
- 2-5 years of community/medical interpreting experience
- Certifications such as those endorsed by NCHI and NBCMI
- Credentialed in medical interpreting
- Extensive knowledge of code of ethics and standards of practice
- Familiarity with the medical profession and its privacy laws
