The Role: Working as part of a dynamic and energetic global team, you'll be making outbound telephone calls to our clients' current and prospective customers in order to establish, verify and accurately record job role and contact details.
Key Responsibilities:
Research contact information through use of internet and social media searches
Confirm contact details by telephone, with switchboard operators, assistants or decision
makers
Accurately record and update confirmed details using Excel spreadsheets

Completely at ease on the telephone
Persistent, influential and charming
Happy to communicate at all levels of an organisation
Have an eye for detail and a passion for quality and excellence
Highly developed customer service skills
Organised, and comfortable to work under deadlines and pressure
Comfortable with adhering to company defined processes
Self-motivated and target driven
Your Experience:
2+ years' experience in an outbound B2B environment
Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce is desirable
Ability to work on Microsoft Excel
This role is a 100% home office based contract role. You will be responsible for your own tax and insurance contributions. You will need a stable high speed internet connection.
