Job Summary

A dating app needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual User Growth Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Plan, launch, measure, and optimize programs to grow awareness, conversions and DAUs massively
  • Work with product team to evolve A/B experiments to create customer insights
  • Define “pain points” and “value propositions” for our users

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4 years experience in a user growth position
  • Experience with a B2C focused product
  • Extensive experience with A\B testing methods and tools
  • Experience building landing pages, onboarding flow with maximizing convertion  
  • Highly strategic and able to balance long-term strategy with short-term results
  • Analytical and wired to consume large amounts of data and insights
