Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual User Happiness Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle bug reports – collecting details, reproducing, reporting to engineering team
- Monitor our Community Message Boards and responding to inquiries
- Perform daily monitoring of our Intercom CRM and handling of new incoming requests
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 to 2 years experience in a Tech Support role at a SaaS company
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good understanding of software and technical aptitude
- Outstanding communication skills, active, quick, well-organized, responsible
- Comfortable with remote work
