Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Veteran Benefits Call Center Representative in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to caller questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding benefits, contracts, eligibility and claims
- Completing five weeks of paid new hire training and perform duties taught in virtual (at-home) training
- Coordinating with various functions within team to ensure customer member requests and questions are handled and in a timely manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be U.S. Military Veteran or a family member of a U.S. Military
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Must own Windows PC
- Sufficient internet speed to connect via Ethernet cable to call, e-mail and chat
