Job Summary
An online vision care company is filling a position for a Virtual Vision Care Communications Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating and/or changing templates utilized to communicate with enrollee and provider
- Ensuring compliance to regulatory, accreditation or contractual requirements
- Maintaining a SharePoint library of current templates and all archived versions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates degree or 3 years experience in a related operation (TPA, Insurer)
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, SharePoint technology, Teams and Outlook
- An understanding of regulatory compliance
- Prior experience managing enrollee or provider communications in a healthcare setting
- Exceptional communication skills
