Virtual Visit Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Virtual Visit Specialist will manage technology setup and troubleshooting for virtual visits, placing outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from members and practitioners to ensure successful connections.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to members for virtual visit technology setup and troubleshooting
• Answer inbound calls from members and practitioners regarding technology-related issues
• Interact with members over video calls to assist with virtual visit connectivity

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of telephonic or in-person customer service experience
• Experience dealing with the senior/Medicare population
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of smart device setup and troubleshooting
