Job Summary

An automobile warranty processing company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Warranty Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Process claims, which includes booking claims, submitting claims for payment, and closing claims
  • Maintain a clean warranty receivables schedule regularly to ensure proper cash flow to dealer clients
  • Help dealership(s) stay compliant with manufacturer’s policy

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years in warranty administration
  • Proficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes
  • Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer
  • Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
  • Knowledge of accounting debits and credits
  • Good working knowledge of DMS software
