Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Virtual Workday Business Analyst in Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Validating converted data between PeopleSoft HCM and Workday HCM
  • Creating and executing reports for Gold Build Data Validation between Workday and PeopleSoft
  • Executing Workday HCM processes for testing purposes and data staging

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • At least six, typically eight years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
  • Workday HCM experience
  • Understanding of Workday data and ability to complete data compares utilizing reports
  • Functional expertise with Workday integrations
  • Understanding of Workday Business Processes for data entry during catch up processing period of Workday deployment
