Job Summary
A recruiting firm has a current position open for a Virtual Workers Compensation Field RN Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans
- Serving as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers
- Educating patients and their families on how to follow their care plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Day driving to area appointments is required
- Current Registered Nurse CT License
- RN's with recent case management experience in Workers' Compensation, Home Health, Hospital, HealthPlan/Group, Disability, FMLA, Disease Management will be considered
- Must be well organized and computer savvy
