Job Summary
A recognized leader in home-based contact center is filling a position for a Virtual Workforce Management Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide real-time monitoring via available tools and workforce management techniques
- Perform continual analysis of current performance
- Maintain constant communication with Program Success teams
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of two years of experience performing WFM-related functions
- Good working knowledge of Excel and other Windows based programs
- Competency communicating with all organizational levels
- Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, meet deadlines and be accountable for performance
- Willingness and ability to take the initiative for learning
- Ability to use a keyboard and work at a computer for a large portion of the work period
