Job Summary

A recognized leader in home-based contact center is filling a position for a Virtual Workforce Management Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time monitoring via available tools and workforce management techniques
  • Perform continual analysis of current performance
  • Maintain constant communication with Program Success teams

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of two years of experience performing WFM-related functions
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and other Windows based programs
  • Competency communicating with all organizational levels
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, meet deadlines and be accountable for performance
  • Willingness and ability to take the initiative for learning
  • Ability to use a keyboard and work at a computer for a large portion of the work period
