Job Summary
An aviation and aerospace company has an open position for a Virtual Workforce Strategy and Skill Focal Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Conduct staff planning and analysis, develops workforce analysis, and supports workforce plan implementation
- Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
- Support maintenance of skill-level supply and demand forecasts for the supported business and works with other Workforce teams
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Project Management
- 1 - 3 years of experience in workforce strategy or people analytics
- Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree from an accredited course of study
- 1 - 3 years of experience collecting data, developing metrics, and conducting trend analysis
