Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Virtual Wound Healing Specialist will conduct outbound sales calls, respond to customer inquiries, and recommend solutions while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to sell products and qualify leads
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in Salesforce.com

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 1 year of sales experience, or Associate Degree with 3 years of sales experience
• Previous sales experience, preferably in healthcare or inside sales
• Proficient knowledge of procedural, clinical, and technical products
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
