Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Virtual Wound Healing Specialist will conduct outbound sales calls, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets while utilizing Salesforce.com to maintain accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell products and qualify leads
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information about products or services
- Collaborate with the field sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with 1 year of sales experience, or Associate Degree with 3 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales
- Proficient knowledge of procedural, clinical, and technical product information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
