Job Summary

An online retailer is seeking a Virtual Yard and Dock Safety Compliance Program Manager II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the program development, implementation, tactical management, and execution of company's yard and dock safety and compliance programs
  • Leading an operational team, pulling and analyzing data with ease, driving process improvements, standardizing company processes, and eliminating the root cause of defects within the current systems

Qualifications Include:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or similar field from an accredited university OR 2+ years of company experience
  • 8+ years relevant work experience
  • Experience with worldwide small package and/or truckload transportation industry
  • Experience designing software auditing systems, implementing new software systems and integration testing
